Waste rising at the lowest drain is the main sewer line talking, not one fixture. On older Escondido lots it’s usually tree roots in the line or a cracked clay section. Stop running water anywhere, and we’ll clear it, then camera the pipe to show you whether it needs a real repair or just a cleaning.
We're in one of the newer developments on the edge of town. Do we still get emergencies?
Yes, they just look different. Newer homes rarely have the corroded-pipe problem, but a builder-grade angle stop, a supply line, or a water heater from the original build can still let go without warning. Same 60-minute response, and the truck carries those parts too.
